Synergy Student Information System Non-Employee Access Request Online Form

Synergy SIS access may be granted to certain paid or unpaid contractor/consultant/interns and other non-employees on an as-needed basis to fulfill their contract obligations and is subject to special review due to student/family information confidentiality laws.

A school principal or a central office head of department or supervisor may request a Synergy account by submitting the online form found at this link Synergy Access Request for Non-Employees.

IMPORTANT: Before requesting Synergy access, a non-employee SFUSD account must be issued and active (see this link for details).
