Synergy Student Information System Non-Employee Access Request Online Form

Synergy SIS access may be granted to certain paid or unpaid contractor/consultant/interns and other non-employees on an as-needed basis to fulfill their contract obligations and is subject to special review due to student/family information confidentiality laws.

A school administrator or district office department supervisor, director (or higher) may submit a Synergy account access request by submitting a service request ticket. When the ticket is received, required information to review the request will be collected and disclosures will be shared.
