How do I get the student account username and password or get a list of them for my school? I'm authorized to obtain it.

Each currently enrolled (active) SFUSD student has an SFUSD account.  Authorized school staff (school administrators, head counselors, academic guidance counselors, secretaries) may look up an individual student's account information in Synergy SIS on the Other Info tab of the Student record.

Directions for retrieving the default passwords in Synergy in a list or report may be found by clicking this link: Student Username and Password Report Guidance. Keep in mind that Synergy SIS displays a student's default account password and will not reflect a student’s password if it’s been changed by the student after being issued.

If a student changes his/her password and forgets it, a faculty or staff member may request that it be reset by submitting service request ticket (SFUSD login required) that includes the student's full name, student ID number, and school name.

If a student forgets his/her account password, responsible school faculty/staff/administrator may submit an online service request (SFUSD login required) to ask that the password be reset.
