How do I find phone number when someone calls to have their number blocked or removed from the SchoolMessenger autodialer broadcasts?

The source for phone numbers and email for the SchoolMessenger Mass Communication System is Synergy SIS.  When schools receive a phone call from someone who is getting phone calls but they don't have a child in the school and they want the calls to stop, you can follow the steps on page 2 of the document attached to this article below to locate the student with the phone number and remove it or update it to a correct number.
