The SFUSD uses the online service request ticketing system to receive online and email requests for support.
SFUSD employees may access the service request system by opening your web browser and navigating to help.sfusd.edu. Login using your SFUSD username and password. You may also send an email with a detailed description of your needs addressed to firstname.lastname@example.org (email submissions must be sent from an @sfusd.edu email account).
Whether you submit your service request online or via email, you will receive an email at your SFUSD email account confirming your request was successfully submitted and you'll receive your ticket number.
