How do I submit a technology or telephone support request?

The SFUSD uses the Zendesk service request ticketing system to receive online and email requests for support.

You may access zendesk by opening your web browser and navigating to https://help.sfusd.edu or you may send an email with a detailed description of your needs addressed to help@sfusd.edu.

Whether you submit your service request online or via email, you will receive an email confirmation that your request was successfully submitted and you'll receive your ticket number.
