Each currently enrolled (active) SFUSD student has an SFUSD account. Authorized school staff (school administrators, head counselors, academic guidance counselors, secretaries) may look up students' accounts in Synergy SIS.
Directions for retrieving the default passwords in Synergy can be found by clicking HERE. Keep in mind that Synergy SIS displays a student's default account password and will not reflect a student’s password if it’s been changed by the student after being issued.
If a student changes his/her password and forgets it, a faculty or staff member may request that it be reset to the default password by submitting service request ticket that includes the student's full name and school.
