Students use the same username and password for general networking, Gmail, Google Classroom, and Synergy StudentVue (Family Portal).
The student account default password may be obtained from Synergy SIS by authorized school staff (administrators, head counselors, academic guidance counselors, secretaries) by following the directions found by clicking HERE. Keep in mind that Synergy SIS displays a student's default account password and will not reflect a student’s password if it’s been changed by the student after being issued.
If a student knows his/her account password and wants to change it, it can be done at https://mylogin.sfusd.edu (accessible only while at school).
If a student forgets his/her account password, responsible school faculty/staff/administrator may contact the Department of Technology Help Desk at 415-241-6476, option 1, or submit an online service request to request that the password be reset the student’s default password. Once the default password is restored, the student can navigate to https://mylogin.sfusd.edu to change the password to one of his/her own choosing.
