How do I access BASIS?

The student intervention tracker, BASIS (Behavioral, Academic, Social Emotional Supports and Interventions), is designed to enable your school to track and monitor supports and interventions assigned to ensure student success.

All interventions and supports assigned during your school’s Student Assistance Program (SAP) and Student Success Team (SST) meetings should be entered in the online tracker. BASIS works to keep all critical intervention data in one place for student support service team access. BASIS can help you work more efficiently with email reminders when interventions are due.  By showing you a students’ progress in one click, monitoring of assigned supports and interventions is simplified.

You can connect to BASIS at

If you need support or need to establish a new account or adjust an account for access, please contact Ms. J. Donahue ( or call SFCSD School Health Programs 415-242-2615.
