The Help Desk auto-attendant phone tree options are as follows:
Press 1 - passwords & usernames/accounts
Press 2 - software-related issues
Press 3 - desktop computer hardware-related issues including printers.
Press 4 - networking, Internet access issues including wireless (wi-fi)
Press 5 - telephones, voicemail, mobile phones, and faxes
Press 6 - all other issues
Press * - repeat the menu
